System Implementation
DocuMentors develops functional and technical specifications and requirements for integrated, automated library systems. We assist with evaluating vendor proposals and in selecting vendors and systems for libraries. DocuMentors will help with negotiating contracts with prospective vendors, providing advice on installing and maintaining systems, and resolving workflow and space planning issues relating to automation. DocuMentors has had experience with libraries automating for the first time as well as with those that are migrating to new systems.
